Food - Thai food : Thai Express at Vivo City

Vege Hor Fan at Thai Express
As much as it doesnt look appealing at all , this vege hor fan from Thai Express is my favorite always during my vegan period. However i just realised its not exactly vegan after all because the stock is actually made by chicken according to the manager.

The vege hor fan come in a tom yam base with loads of vegetables including cai xin, carrot, beans and also tofu. The thick hor fan stock is filled with eggs and tom yam flavor.

For anyone that doesnt like a full vegetable meal, i guess the hor fan comes in seafood version too!

Was at the vivo branch for this meal and the service is super good! The service staff actually made a mistake and the manager is very sincere about her apologies.

Food - Chinese : Dian Xiao Er at Vivo City

Various Dishes From Dian Xiao Er

Dian Xiao Er has been around for sometime and when it first started at Vivo City i remember it being very popular and kinda delicious. A revisit to the place again recently with a whole table of food at the same branch, vivo branch.

Overall food quality is good but there are food with repeated taste e.g. mongoliao ribs and black pepper prawn, both taste the same juz different course, one being meat and the other seafood. The taste wasnt as good as last time some how the taste differs however their signature duck is still as good, so is the fish slices with some soya sauce, fresh I would say.

Food : Coffee - Tom Tom Coffee

This place to me is a hidden gem to me. Its situated at icon village near tanjong pagar MRT station. Its a Korea coffee place and it offers coffee , toast and pretzels. The best part about this place is its open til 1am daily and it has free wi-fi.

The cafe make fresh pretzels and toast on the spot when you order so it may take some time for your food to be ready together with your drinks order.

My fav hot dog pretzel!
Was at the shop around 11plus pm and yeah i still got fresh pretzel hot and yummY!! its not oily and the hot dog is rather tasty. Another fav of mine is the thick toast with honey and cheeze!!! its sinful but its so good!! they are really generous on the cheese and honey. We also order the cheese pretzel this trip but its kinda disappointing as i expect lotsa cheese but actually  cant taste the cheese taste at all, neither is there the stretchy cheese when I tear the pretzel.

Coffee is good there. I have ever ordered the hot chocolate there and its rather thick so if you are not a chocolate chocolate lover i think you might not like that though :)

Foot Reflexology : Xi Yuan Foot Spa 熙园

This place is a distance away from Bugis Mrt station and I guess that should be the nearest MRT station. Its hidden in the alley of the many shop houses at the area, however its the first few shop leading to the main street (Victoria Street) just opposite this hotel call "The Ardennes Hotel ". Though there is another foot reflex shop along the way , that particular shop seems a bit sleazy where else this Xi Yuan at least it put "Unisex" :)

Location wise there is another hotel just behind "The Ardennes Hotel" called "Santa Grand Hotel" thus the area foot reflex pricing is rather competitive. At S$38.00 I got myself 60mins foot reflex. As its some time before my session the guy there is pretty nice to allow me to just sit there and relax watch tv til my session begins.

The shop is pretty small but comfortable enough with 8 or 10 big reclining chair lining up in the hall. The service is pretty good, when my session is about the start the guy actually stacked me up with layers of towel in fear that i might be cold unlike other places where by they only give u one towel to cover your legs :)

They have body massage too but the area for that is too open for my preference as anyone walking to the toilet will be able to see that i am having a body massage. Kinda weird for me.

One more thing to take note is that their ear piece are those you plug into your ears so if possible bring your own ear piece for hygiene purpose.

No photos this time round as too tired that i forget to take haha..

Beauy - Eye Serum/Eye Cream : Deep Sea Cosmetics Eye Serum/Cream

Was physco by the Israel guy in a shopping mall in San Francisco. He did a demo on my eye and show me the differences. Its like any other deep sea product marketing where by the sales person will talk to you, test the product on you and "show" you the results. I got both the serum and cream as they are suppose to work hand in hand.

Intensive Firming Eye Serum

The serum is of a thick texture and initially i though there is oil in it and will be oily, however after applying its actually got absorb into the skin. It will be the step one of the routine, first to nourish the eye area then enable the cream to be apply next to be absorb better. One bottle should bring me a long way as its relatively bigger in size then normal eye serum where often came in minature sizes when they are actually full size item.

Quote from the website : "Uniquely formulated with Dead Sea minerals, Peptide Complex and Vitamins E & C." so the serum will actually work to reduce lines, dark circle and puffiness.

Vitalizing Eye Complex Cream

The Vitalizing Eye Complex Cream came in a relatively big bottle too, unlike the normal eye cream size by most brands. The texture is smooth to massage into the skin around eye area. I normally apply the eye cream in a massage manner around upper and lower lid.

After using the combination for once i realise puffiness or rather my eye bag was reduced almost immediately. However if this is a temporary effect i still need to monitor for some time. The product doesnt come cheap if i remember correctly it cost around USD$200plus each original price but you can bargin a bit :)
